Bearing design
Standard cylindrical roller bearings are with tapered bore (taper 1:12),precisely adjusting the radial clearance. Therefore, the required radial clearance or radial preload, can be adjusted to the taper of spindle axial displacement. Mixed ceramics roller bearings made from ceramic rollers are new products. which have a remarkable improvement on friction and wear properties.

This reduced the amount of lubricant, and lowering its temperature.Therefore,it can achieve higher transmission speed,and its’ life expectancy has lengthened significantly. Furthermore, static and dynamic rigidity of ceramic rollers increases and eliminate the preload increase when the temperature increases due to the low coefficient of thermal expansion. And,due to the surface quality of inner and outer ring raceways and rollers are very good, it is particularly suitable in grease lubrication of cylindrical roller bearing.The bearing rings of two flanges, so running grease distribution process requires special caution.

Assuming oil lubrication,compared with the angular contact ball bearing, this product needs lower the amount of oil. Assuming that these two types of bearings fitted together side by side, you must maintain an independent circuit to avoid excess grease in the angular contact ball bearings, resulting in excessive lubrication, leading to sudden temperature rise.
