Brief introduction of Deep groove ball bearing (GB/T276-1994)

It is used in rolling mill drive end as a secondary bearing with four-row cylindrical roller bearings.It decided the position of the housing relative to the roller to ensure dynamic and static axial position accurate and non interference in the maze. Rolling mill when nostrict positioning accuracy,smaller axial force can also be used as a locating bearing. As a secondary location bearing,it is generally use larger groups (C3) radial clearance. To avoid withstanding radial force, outer diameter of bearings and bearing clearance should be left.

Single row deep groove ball bearings and wide use

Single row deep groove ball bearings are with wide range of uses,the most representative structure of rolling bearing. The raceway is located on the inner ring,and outer ring which scroll ball is slightly larger than the RADIUS the radius of circular cross section. Apart from bear racing to meet, it can also withstand axial load in two directions. Frictional moment torque is small, is best suited for high speed rotation, low noise and low vibration.
